-Is your child a resident of Mecklenburg County, under 5 years old and you are concerned with their development?
Child Service Coordination will provide you with case managers that will give you with referral sources for medical care, immunizations, transportation, child care, financial aid, support, information for community services, parenting skills, etc.
This program is free, but you must call to see if your child qualifies.

-CAP/C is a program for medically fragile children under the age of 19 years old that may require case management, in-home nursing care, respite care, therapy, incontinence products, mobility aids, or medical supplies.

-Immunizations
Free school immunizations are offered at the beginning of the school year (for a limited time) on “Big Shot Saturdays”. Contact the Health Department for dates as the school year begins.
